Re: follow-on DOTS worK:  I am considering proposing an extension to
DOTS to handle cryptographic blinding of DDoS source addresses until a
certain attack threshold has been reached.  From conversations with Paul
Wouters and others, I understand that such a draft could be considered
directly within the Security Area.  But I wonder if there may be broader
interest in a “DOTS extensions” working group now that dots itself has
concluded.
