This thread contains too many issues, and many of them are stated in a 
fashion which could be construed as impolite.

If you wish these issues to be tracked, please follow the procedures in my 
post "Procedures for Moving Forward" if you have not already done so.

I apologize for the fact that I have done a poor job of tracking some of 
the issues you have raised and hope these new procedures will help.
