Dear Sir/Madam：

My name is Wang Haiquan, a lecturer with School of Software, Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China. I received my Doctor's  degrees from School of Computer Science and Engineering, Beihang University.

I am writing in the hope that I may obtain an opportunity to further my study in DTNs towards a Visiting Scholar in your  institutes from 2013.9 to 2014.10. 

There is a fund held by China Scholarship Council that could help to support my visit in your institutes. 

As the leader of my research team with more than 10 members included, I have been conducting my research in communication issues  in Delay Tolerant Networks from 2009. By studying large scale real world movment traces (Beijing Taxi traces with more than 20,000  cars), an ICT based DTMN Contact Model (IDCM) has been proposed in order to study the distribution law of inter contact time. A  few algorithms are proposed based on IDCM to address communication issues in city traffic networks.
