Hi all,

All (or almost all) those DTN related I-Ds are presumably
intended to become RFCs. There's a big bunch so I want to
put some manners on the set, in terms of when we plan to
get done with each.

I've sorted the on-line list into various states, some of
which I've just invented but all of which should be obvious
for anyone familiar with IETF or IRTF processes. The
full list is below.

Can document authors please reply to this mail with your
plans for state changes for your documents? If I hear nothing,
I'm gonna treat 'em as OBE or "probably dead."

In each case, please clearly say which I-D, (just give
the name), which state change (e.g. "7->6") you think
is next, when you think that could happen (e.g. "in
about two months") with realism being appreciated, and
if the new state is not OBE or dead, (i.e. 8, 9 or
10), then please also give an assurance that you have
the time available for moving the document forward.

Negative information is also welcome, e.g. saying
"would like draft-foo to go from 6->5, think that'd
take a month or so but I don't have time, so
suggest transitioning from 6->8"

And since its a long list, if you spot a plain error,
just reply with a suggested fix.

I'd like all responses that imply future work for
me in the near future by the end of next week please.
That basically means anything about which I hear
nothing before November 28 will be treated by me
as being in one of states 8,9 or 10.

Once I get all that, I'll try see if there's a
sensible bunch to send to the IRSG at once, of if
we just do 'em one at a time.

Thanks,
Stephen.
