Hello,

The draft might not be up to date.

CGR-multicast with extension bloc was introduced. It gathers the set of
members, gets a route per destination with CGR and forward one copy per
downstream branch with an EB carrying the remaining destination to serve
for that branch (similarly to Xcast). Volume management can still be
improved.

I believe a group 0 was introduced to advertise membership within a region.
