Hi.  At IETF-108 there was discussion on whether implementation of all extension blocks documented in the BPbis specification should be mandatory in every BP node.  Version 26 of the BPbis I-D (now posted) does not include revisions to section 4.3 to address this question, leaving in place the current conditional implementation requirements.  It would be helpful to discover the WG consensus on this matter.
