Hmmmm,  I thought that there were more concerns than that stated by Robert given the comment in the announcement stating "The IESG has not made any determination as yet", which seemed to run contrary to Robert's statement that "the ATOCA charter was approved".  

If I mis-read things, then I'll subscribe to those famous words of Rosana Rosana Dana....."never mind" :-)
