Hi Michael,

that is indeed the objective.  But, first, the charter needs to be clear.
It can’t really point to I-Ds for the definitions relevant to its own scope because that would mean the scope changes with each revision of those I-Ds (yes, I ran into that with previous charter proposals for other groups).
So, until there is more solid consensus on some of the terms, a terminology section will be required right in the charter.
(And let’s hope we can get rid of that then with the first rechartering.)
