We changed the input and the similar addresses in this example to all have Avenue spelled out, and focused on the 'North' being the problem.  Leaving 'Ave' abbreviated would also be a perfectly reasonable example for an invalid location, but I do not believe that was the intent with this example.

The 'Ave' that I am pointing out is in the discussion and does not match the given input address, which I believe was an oversight during the last edit.
