Please consider editing the second sentence of the third paragraph of
Section 1 from:
When
incomplete or incorrect civic location information is provided, use
of this enhancement increases the likelihood that correct and
complete civic location can be learned.
To:
Use of this enhancement increases the likelihood that incorrect
or incomplete civic location will be updated.
Also, as mentioned in an earlier message, please change "location
servers" to "LoST clients" later in this paragraph.
