I support adoption.

I think it's okay for an IESG member to be an author, as this would be a WG document. If the Chairs think that they, and the WG membership, are confident that the author will not be able to "pull one over" then I don't think a second author is needed. I am confident of this, and therefore fine with it being just Sir Duke [1], er Martin.
