I'm seeing a lot of bikeshedding around the edges but not any significant proposal that I think needs changes to the experiment for one year.

As I've said before, we could micro-optimise this forever but I think this is a good experiment to run for this year in its current form, and we can run it again either the same or with modifications next year.  Either way, we'll need a new process to do that, so let's not overdo ourselves trying to predict the future now and do work that that we're just as likely to discard next year anyway.
