[Eligibility-discuss] meetings and virtual interim meetings

Hi, the WG got chartered yesterday at https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/elegy/documents/.
Barry and I are your co-chairs, and we discussed a few things today.
As you all know, we want to get things going quickly, and we have a plan to
get the document out by end of Nov!

To that end, we plan to have a meeting at IETF115, and we also are thinking
that we might need to stand up in a few places to tell people very clearly
that this working is going on.

We want to have a virtual interim meeting, and we think that the last week of
September will soon enough to be useful and with enough of a gap before
IETF115.  To that end, we have setup a doodle:

The days are Monday Sept 26, Tuesday Sept 27, and Friday Sept 30.
We have avoided Thursday due to IESG call conflicts, and Wednesday because of
conflicts the chairs have.    We have picked to much congested
10AM EDT, aka 7am PDT, 1400UTC, 10pm Beijing on each day, as well as hours
before and after.

Please answer by September 3, so we can announce the chosen date by next Monday.
