Also, John Klensin asked: May also need to discuss whether that 
terminology is politically incorrect and suggest a replacement.

My reply as a participant:

  I think CC and BCC are well established terms, so changing it now is 
going to cause more harm then good. Besides I don't have any better 
proposal.
