Same here.

Since we have 40 years of archived e-mail, I also oppose any change
to the timestamp format that would break existing mail parsers unless
there is an overwhelming benefit from doing so.  I see at most a tiny
benefit from any of the recently proposed changes.

I don't even know what it would mean to put a timestamp on mail
messages with subsecond precision.  Some messages are timestamped
by the MUA, some by the submission agent, there's usually at
least a second elapsed between the two, and a recipient can't
tell which it was.

If you want to put super precise time into in mail messages, it's
easy enough to invent an additional Exact-Time: header, or
perhaps MIME multipart/timestamped, but leave the Date: and
Received: headers alone, please.
