Hi all, As you are probably aware, Karen O’Donoghue has led the EMO directorate since its inception, and together with Mirjam Kuehne coordinated EDU team functions for many years. Due to job circumstances, Mirjam stepped down from the team last year and Karen will be stepping down soon. As a result, later this week I will be sending out a call for volunteers to the community for new EMODIR Coordinators. I wanted you all to be aware before you see the announcement. Although the directorate has an existing project structure, it is due for a refresh. Once the new Coordinators are in place I will be asking them to re-assess and potentially revamp the current project structure and we will be working on getting metrics in place to assess the effectiveness of the various EMO projects.
