Is there a more recent version of the HKP (Http Key Protocol) specification than this? http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-shaw-openpgp-hkp-00 The draft is ten years old and much water has flowed underneath bridges since. But it is always good to have the existing infrastructure well specified so that we can do the next thing. I would like to see a similar protocol that offers better privacy controls.
