I have completed my review of the extension as DE and I have no significant comments. I'm not aware of any conflicts with existing IETF work or other known extensions.

One comments,
I have the same concerns as Scott about the IRIS. As far as I know, only DENIC uses IRIS. I’m not sure who is still interested in using this optional element.

One nits,
In section 3.1.2, “element element” should be “element"
