Hello Declan

The conclusion for me is that there was no objection to work on informational document in general by the working group. There was no clear consensus on working on the informational verification draft James Gould was presenting.

As it is Thursday on the IETF (read: I am tired) I may be wrong, so feel free to confirm or correct me.
