Hi SM, I think there are a lot of people from LACNIC and from CGI.br / Nic.br in this list. The Chair of Brazilian ISOC Chapter is member of CGI.br. Certanly, they will transmit your message. When possible I will remember, too. In the next Brazilian Congress of SBC I will try to invite interested peoples for BoF about IETF. And in some especific Symposium, too. IETF could develop a form to send via the mailing list of the SBC, as I said. I suppose this is the correct way. If the IETF need help I'm available.
