Hello This is an interesting proposal. Nowadays I'm working at the International Centre of Theoretical Physics (Italy), specifically at Marconi Lab. http://wireless.ictp.it/ At the wireless lab we're mainly interested in bringing the Internet technologies to emerging regions.
