I'm updating this draft per our discussions at IETF 109.  I want to 
confirm that we decided on the following:

- Register the \Snoozed IMAP Special-Use Attribute

- Specify that the ONLY way to implement snooze is via a \Snoozed 
mailbox.  Or did we want to just eliminate SMTP Future Delivery and 
require that the message be stored in a special mailbox (IMAP or 
otherwise) until its awakened?
