Oops.  Sorry.  It had not penetrated that SM stations would be allowed on
the back ring.

Using a single IP network for a dual ring with DAS/SM stations on the back
ring seems so strange that I will assume that it is a typo in the
proposal.  I will hereafter assume that my previous misunderstanding is
correct interpretation of the intended proposal.

It would be nice to hear from Prime if I'm wrong.

Again, sorry.  I had not realized you were agreeing.
Does this mean that my wonderful ideas for "fixing" everyone else's
