I'm new to this mailing list and would like to get up to speed by reading any archive that may exist. In lieu of an archive, can someone direct me to the new draft mentioned in the latest issue of "The Simple Times". wonderful dr snmp is very pleased that you are interested in reading the archive down on the farm we have a saying Owls are very wise, perhaps because they are up all night, presumably studying ftp cnri.reston.va.us cd ietf.mail.archives cd fddimib get 92-11 (the archive for november also contains the draft you seek) get current (subsequent limited discussion) enjoy your reading regards, jdc
