In this version:

- The sections about TPNs have been updated as I use that to formalize some existing RFCs.
- The new appendix F explains the architecture of the future distributed standard library for computerate specifications.
- The tooling now contains the rfc2mn tool from Metanorma, that can be used to convert an xml2rfc file into an AsciiDoc file.
- The bibliography was improved by having it automatically generated from Zotero.

Abstract:
    This document specifies a paradigm named Computerate Specifying,
    designed to simultaneously document and formally specify
    communication protocols.  This paradigm can be applied to any
    document produced by any Standard Developing Organization (SDO), but
    this document targets specifically documents produced by the IETF.
