All,

The ForCES protocol document is now a working group doc,
and the hot issues have already been shared with the
ForCES list.

In the IETF tradition of open-ness we should conclude
the design team (and associated mailing list) and
transition all draft discussions to the working group
mailing list.

Note that this will have no impact on current participants -
everyone is a WG list subscriber and can participate there.
Similarly, the editor/author/acknowledgement lists need not
be affected. The only real impact is to allow other WG
members to participate in the discussions (if they choose to).
It is also OK to continue to have conference calls, although
they have to be advertised on the list.

As such, please start using the regular ForCES mailing list
going forward. The ForCES-protocol list will be shut down
(although the archives will be kept available) in the next
couple of weeks.

Thanks,
Patrick and David
