Patient Folks,

The IP over SMDS list, IP over Large Public Data Networks list, and
the Frame Relay discussion lists have been transitioned to a public
list processor.  This should eliminate the flood of bad mail messages
harassing senders to these lists.

These three mailing lists will be merged in the near future.  I need a
spare couple of hours to sift through the many duplicate names and
exploders. (This will probably be after Thanksgiving.) When the list
are joined, the exploders in the IPLPDN list will be used, the others
will be deleted.
