yes, I see this as the main problem of this draft/command - age & tired eyes.
it finished IETF wide Last Call in May 2010, almost 2 years ago.
originally introduced in
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-ftpext-mlst-05 in 98 over 13
years ago.

I am sorry if inclusion in FTPEXT2 slowed things down for HOST, but on
the other hand the draft is stronger. it has just taken a long time :)

so, let's finish HOST off.

PLEASE take the time to look it over.
