hi Mark,

your new version has not shown up yet. the latest version I see is -09
from Sept 17. I know discussion is still ongoing, but perhaps the
issues that have reached consensus can be rolled into a new draft. we
can work on everything & the idnits issues gradually :)

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-peterson-streamlined-ftp-command-extensions

did you follow the usual process? perhaps it got stuck somewhere.
submit at https://datatracker.ietf.org/idst/upload.cgi , then click
the link in your email.

it's good to see your draft getting discussion.

<chair hat="off">
I feel strongest about CSID (similar to Robert's AGNT or CLNT) & AVBL
(which is similar to
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-dilip-ftpext-safe-transfer-00#section-5.1
). like HASH, apparently, these issues keep popping up & people keep
solving them, so maybe it is best to finally offer a standardized
command. RMDA, DSIZ, and THMB also sound useful in some cases, I look
forward to seeing their evolution.
