put simply, if pages have information about the website, then clients can
decide whether or not to allow access.  per the notes; i posted to the list
recently, thought was that by doing something that's about personal
preferences (inc. for guardians) its more likely to be successful than
doing something specifically to address ratings for the benefit of
children, such as the priorities of others generally in my experience,
since 2010.

FWIW: i'm stepping down as chair for W3C HumanCentricAI CG - there's
currently one person willing to  take on the (very difficult, imho) job, if
others are interested.
