I started on this one in 2018, after getting thousands of calls by an
attacker that had dire consequences as police advised, they couldn't do
anything. Nowadays, there's alot linked to mobile numbers; indeed, still
some accounts I can't access having had to change the number.  I hope the

not withstanding some ontologiccal considerations where i suspect an update
to foaf is reasonably considered, potentially a worthwhile undertaking...
