[gaia] New version of the draft-irtf-gaia-alternative-network-deployments-06

Hi all,

We have just submitted a new version of the "Alternative Networks" draft.

These are the main improvements:

- The names of some classification criteria (Section 4) have been improved,
and the tables of each subsection of Section 5 have been updated
accordingly. See

- Rural electric cooperatives have been added (Subsection 5.5). See

- Section 4.2. has been improved. See

- Section 4.3 has been improved.

- 8 new references have been added.
