There is a filter in mailman that catches subjects with “Call for …” and requires moderation, so better you reply to this email instead of our previous to avoid delays.

More speakers and topics are welcome, particularly as our topic of Global Access to the Internet for All is going through new and concrete opportunities and threats at the same time. 

To join the GAIA meeting, either in place or remotely, you’ll need to join/register to IETF 113.

For that you need to: 
1. Request a free waiver here: https://www.ietf.org/forms/113-registration-fee-waiver/ where you have the option for a voluntary donation to the IETF fund.
They are processed manually, so after a few hours or a day, you will get by mail a code.

2. You can register yourself here (using the waiver code) at https://registration.ietf.org/113/
