Hi Marcelo and all,

Related to your proposal, a few years ago I supervised Roger Baig's PhD,
while he was working for the guifi.net Foundation, as an industrial
doctorate.

It describes several of the aspects you mention but of course mapping to
the guifi.net community network, mainly in Spain. Among other theories it
builds on Nobel Prize awarded Elinor Ostrom common pool resource model and
commons principles:
