Summary: This document is ready for publication as a Historic RFC, but I have some comments you may wish to address.

* Section 7.1

The Length field of the IP address TLV in case the IP address is IPv6 is not defined. It should be defined to be 18 (2 bytes for address family and 16 bytes for the IPv6 address)


* Address family reference

The IANA registry at
http://www.iana.org/assignments/address-family-numbers/address-family-numbers.xhtml
is a much better reference for address families than the currently referred RFC3232 that does not contain any of the relevant information.
