Hi, Dan.  Thanks for the review, and I’m sorry you didn’t get a response to
your question before.

Last part first: IANA does not normally make changes until the document is
approved, and this is not an exception.

The changes to the derived property values are described in detail in the
text in Section 3.  The designated expert will need to check all that and
generate a list of specific chaanges to the table here:

https://www.iana.org/assignments/idna-tables-6.3.0/#idna-tables-properties

...and IANA will then apply those changes.
