Unless you expect a variety of documents on language (I'd expect at most 
one), I'm not sure why a specific w.g. would be needed to essentially 
publish a single document.

And if the same logic is followed, then I guess we'd need:

* wg chair diversity wg
* IESG diversity WG
* IAB diversity wg
* Meeting fee diversity wg
* Nomcom diversity wg
* Venue diversity wg
.
.
.

And probably many others.

All of which certainly would need some work, and have way more impact on 
diversity -- each of which we're most likely much more qualified to 
discuss than language...

Seems like over-engineering a topic on which we're mostly 
second-guessing....
