Hi Fernando, thanks for this important document. Some comments:

- This sentence "Lack of diversity in IETF groups and leadership roles
has a direct effect on IETF participation, as a result of" is confusing,
and is only followed by a description in detail of "lack of diversity."

- For language inclusiveness, I recommend to replace "his" with "their"
or "his or her" in cases such as "WG chair leaves his role"

- With regard to Section 11.2, I think it's necessary to say something
more about the "bit of an art to using [email] efectively". Maybe
describing some specific IETF lists dynamics.

- In section 11.3 Comfort Zone, I missed at least a comment about the
difficulties and necessary compromises to deal with disagreement and
difference. I think it would be useful to mention RFC 7154 and RFC 7776,
and consider the list Vittorio B shared before.

And two comments following the conversation here:

- I agree that it would be better for the draft to focus on identifying
obstacles to inclusion.

- I think the "mostly running code" issue is out of scope in this draft.

Regards!

Juliana G
