I would add that there is a means to achieve this that does not require any=
 changes to the archives, which is for the presentation layer of the mail a=
rchive to offer a link that replaces the target URL with the unwrapped vers=
ion. (I=92m sure there are lots of details that need to be resolved so this=
 is not trivial).

=93Now you have two problems=94. ;) Do you allow people to pick which versi=
on they get? What about when they fetch via IMAP, or download a message (sa=
y to outlook so they can reply, as I have done)? Do we send mail traffic in=
 response to legal requests? Where will people be able to see what filters =
are applied?  Etc.
