1)	The GEOPRIV list remains open while you want to exchange ideas.

2)	When you are ready to do work, and it does not meet the scope of existing chartered work ing groups, then it should be DISPATCHED.

3)	At some point ECRIT should complete the work it is chartered to do and close down.
