WGLC now has been closed.

The chairs observed productive and fruitful discussion and convergence
towards a consensus, many thanks for all the input.

We will wait for the next version of the draft to be uploaded by the
authors, and then proceed with the sheperd write-up, and sending it to
IESG territory.
