The authors will release SOON a new version that offloads these two types t=
o the marking TLV spec, better clarify the applicability of the other types=
, and some other minor edits.

The other points are beyond the scope of this spec. Specifically, no change=
s will be made in this draft to per AFI/SAFI and how we demux stats.
