Re: [hackathon] One Tax API Hackathon proposal

I was talking about a criteria that one could use to decide if that's the right venue or not for an Hackathon topic, not something that would be enforced.

That's also a good way to choose to participate in someone else's project that does not meet that criteria, for the purpose of sabotaging it.  That's another way to make the Internet work better.
