I have updated the wiki for "IPv6 Switch ML" project to work on at the
hackathon.  Please take a look.  A short summary is that I have clarified, I
need experienced P4-16 programmers and likewise IPv6 Linux programmers.  The
work to do during the hackathon has also been updated.
