Though MPTCP and LISP people were not present AFAICR

Hi Behcet,

With MPTCP proxy at the CPE side, MPTCP can be a bundling technique. Actually, the IETF already has a bunch of techniques that can be used for hybrid access; the challenge here would be to not reinvent the wheel.
