Here's what has changed since the last (04) version:

- lots of editorial and other small fixes
- added non-normative intro
- "NAT transform" parameter is now known as "NAT traversal mode"
- new connectivity check transaction pacing negotiation
- more details on ICE connectivity checks
- added ICE candidate gathering information
- more details on STUN connectivity check messages
- added explicit negotiation of simple UDP encapsulation NAT traversal mode
- updated format of REG_FROM, RELAY_FROM and RELAY_TO parameters

The current version should have all the features that are needed, but it
still needs some more implementation experience. Comments are welcome!

Cheers,
Ari
