Hi all,

The following is my paper about HRA (Hierarchical Routing Architecture),
which gives details about the defination of the hierarchical ID (Borrowing
some ideas from CGA)and hierarchical locator , besides, how to use them to
support mobility and multihoming are also mentioned.
