Hi.

I fully agree with Andrei. I think an open conceptual draft will build  
more momentum since not only the authors are interested in it.  
Moreover, it might be more useful since it will probably be more  
general and less tailored for a certain solution. I would also be  
interested in a clear description of the requirements and challenges.  
Generally I agree that the topic is worth pursuing.
