Hi all,

The drip wg adopted the following specification to meet one of its chartered goals:

As draft-ietf-drip-rid intends to update RFC7401, this note is meant to let you know about this effort and, more importantly, to seek for feedback from the hip community.

Suggestions to enhance the specification are highly appreciated. Likewise, if you have any concerns with the design in draft-ietf-drip-rid, please share them by sending a note to "[e-mail]".
