Thank you for updating the draft.  Here are a few nits:

Section 2, last paragraph, 2nd sentence: s/Using LDAP DN encoding/Using DN encoding/
Section 5: missing period after 1st sentence: s/[RFC2693]  Revocation/[RFC2693].  Revocation/
Section 9, last sentence, repeated word: s/Section Section 3/Section 3/
